High Torque Harmonic Gear

Laifual Drive, a specialist in precision harmonic drives, offers the FHG45 and FHG50, an high torque harmonic gear series. Laifual can customize products upon request.

The gear features low backlash - Backlash: ≤20 arc/sec (near zero backlash).

This new harmonic gearbox has a larger diameter and width than other models, enabling it to achieve significantly higher torque:

·         Rated torque: 400~700 Nm

·         Start/Stop torque: 900~1,400 Nm

The low-backlash harmonic gear is ideal for precision rotary movements in robotics, simulating joint movements. This new transmission provides high accuracy alongside high torque.
