STRONG Spiral Bevel Gearboxes

BJ Gears, a Danish manufacturer, specializes in producing high-torque, 90-degree spiral bevel gearboxes, both standard and custom-made to meet specific requirements. These gearboxes are designed to handle torques up to 1,100 Nm and can withstand significant radial forces up to 4,500 N. They are equipped with high-quality bearings that absorb both radial and axial forces, withstanding axial loads up to 3,500 N. 

The gearboxes are suitable for continuous operation and high-frequency automated machinery. They are quiet, compact, and offer flexibility in machine design. BJ Gears provides three reduction ratios for these 90-degree gearboxes: 1:1, 1:1.5, and 1:3. Additionally, they offer bidirectional operation and custom flange options for both input and output as per requirements. 

Available in five standard sizes, the gearboxes are designed to match the required forces and speeds. They are life-time lubricated, supplied in a hygienic version with a lubricant approved for the food industry, ensuring durability and protection against contaminants. Options for steel with coating and stainless steel are available, and the manufacturer can adapt seals, grease, and other components for low-temperature applications, suitable for military and food industry standards. 

Custom configurations with different numbers of output shafts (2, 3, or 4) and male or female output shafts are also available.
