Marketing Manager (Reporting Directly to the CEO)

Position Purpose

Lead the overall marketing activities of the Medital Group, strengthen the company brand, generate business opportunities, support sales activities, and deepen customer engagement through content, events, and professional training programs.


Responsibilities

Content & Branding

  • Own and maintain the company’s brand language and messaging

  • Create and manage:

    • Company presentations

    • Catalogs and brochures

    • Product pages

    • Videos

    • Marketing and sales materials

  • Create marketing and technical content for:

    • Company website

    • LinkedIn

    • Newsletters

    • Customer success stories / case studies


Digital Marketing

  • Manage and maintain the company website

  • Lead SEO activities and performance analysis (Google Analytics)

  • Manage LinkedIn presence and campaigns

  • Track results and drive continuous improvement


Sales Support

  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and business teams

  • Develop:

    • Customer presentations

    • Sales materials

    • Solution pages

    • Customer success stories / case studies

  • Support new supplier and product launches


Customer Training & Value Creation

  • Build and lead customer training programs

  • Organize:

    • Webinars

    • Professional seminars

    • Technical training sessions

    • Supplier Training Days

  • Create training materials

  • Work with suppliers and engineers to develop professional content


Exhibitions & Events

  • Lead and manage trade shows and exhibitions in Israel and internationally

  • Organize customer events

  • Coordinate supplier events

  • Support customer visits


External Vendor Management

Manage and coordinate work with:

  • Branding agencies

  • Graphic designers

  • Website developers

  • Advertising agencies

  • Photographers / video production providers


Requirements

Mandatory

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing

  • Excellent English skills

  • Strong writing and communication skills in Hebrew and English

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently

Advantage

  • Experience in technology, industrial, or automation companies

  • Experience with:

    • LinkedIn

    • Google Analytics

    • CRM systems / Monday.com

    • WordPress

  • Technical background or experience working with engineers
