Sales & Purchasing Coordinator

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel
Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's supply chain and working closely with our Sales Engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations
• Process customer orders in the ERP system
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Coordinate import and export shipments
• Prepare customer invoices and delivery notes
• Support the end-to-end supply chain process in collaboration with the Sales Engineering team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree – required
• English – required
• Experience with Priority ERP – a significant advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
